For the third time, a trial is opening in France against a Rwandan accused of participating in the 1994 genocide against Tutsis. The case of Claude Muhayimana, a lowly hotel driver, will take the court back to the massacres in the hills of Bisesero, a place which holds painful memories in relations between France and Rwanda.
