Man he is the man who police are searching for he is 18 years old Jason Alexander brown and he is on the run and considered armed and dangerous. And reckless after what happened last night. Police served a search warrant at a local home with a believe he might have been stained and the call of the swat team to assist but after teargas in the house and searching room for room for him he was not found. [laughter] here i am, im coming from an area of the world where you have a totally different legal system for women, different from men. If youre a woman, your testimony in court is half the value of a man. Can you believe this . So if i go to court, and i am testifying and theres a man testifying, and we contradict each other, he wins because hes a man. Thats the law. That is not the culture. Thats the legal system. So when you come suddenly to america and youre confronted that youre equal, its almost like, oh, my god, im equal . How do i deal with that . Really, it took me a while for me to really feel equal. Its not easy when youre living in a prison. Its not easy to see the freedom right away. And thats why im speaking, because i love this country. Im just very grateful for this country. Working on the brain initiative, a new effort which isugoing to be focused between nih and nsf and darpa and a number of private industries and philanthropies trying to make sure these kind of interdisciplinary efforts that jim was talking about are tapped into in every way. We are always looking at that. We are even looking at our peer review system to ask whether while we claim its the best in the world, are we sure about that . And are we sure our peer review system is reflecting the scientific opportunities of 2014 and not some earlier stage, and do we these to rethink about the way in which those peer review panels are established as far as what disciplines they represent. And we have the tools now with various kinds of text mining to really look and see what is going on in science that we might want to make adjustments for. So were pretty bullish about that.
