Linkcity Plots Mascot Commercial Building Linkcity Australia, a sister company of global firm Bouygues Construction, has lodged a development application for an A-grade commercial development in Mascot, a sleeping giant suburb on the edge of Sydney’s airport. The group has put forward plans for an 11-storey office development at 32 Ricketty Street, within the Mascot West Business Park Precinct, designed by Scott Carver. The $80 million project, which will deliver 18,000sq m of gross floor area, will comprise six levels of commercial offices offering 2,800sq m floor plates above three levels of ground parking within the building’s podium. The building will also feature a double-height ground floor lobby, 125sq m gym and a 70sq m cafe while its rooftop will consist of a covered 800sq m terrace space, green roof with solar PV cells and a basketball half court.
