Scarsdale accountant George Sanossian has been charged with conspiracy to defraud the IRS for allegedly misrepresenting more than $2 million in income for nine construction companies. He pled not guilty and was released from custody on posting an unsecured $250,000 personal recognizance bond.
White Plains businessman Marc Klahr lowered his personal taxes, as well as the taxes for Klahr Glass Co. and a relative he employed, Jared Rothstein, in a check cashing scheme allegedly devised by his tax accountants.
