A resident in Lago Vista finally received help diverting water away from her home after FOX 7 Austin covered her story. Residents in the area also received help from the city after FOX 7 highlighted their mailing issues.
The family has sent several letters to the city asking for help but the city said the problem was created because the house was built on a natural drainage slope.
