Homicide suspect, sex offender from Maryland, West Virginia arrested in Northeast Ohio

CLEVELAND, Ohio A man wanted in connection with a homicide in Baltimore and another man wanted in West Virginia for violating the terms of his release on a sex offense were arrested by Northeast OHio federal authorities Wednesday.
According to the U.S. Marshal’s Office, Lamar Horsey, 27, was taken into custody by members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at a bus stop near Forest Hills Boulevard and Superior Avenue in East Cleveland.
Authorities say Horsey ran when officers tried to take him into custody. A K9 was released and bit Horsey, who then was arrested without further incident.
