Right now. Tonight a plea from a widow do not parole him. He served 26 years for a gruesome murder in the 1990s. Now the victims family is afraid what might happen if hes released. Nbc bay areas ian cull. Timothy wilson is 49 years old. But yesterday wilson was granted parole. The family has sent letters to the governor hoping to stop his release. My daughter meghan was 6 when john was murdered. Reporter john will always be remembered as a loving and involved husband and father of read stories to them. Carol is his widow. John was a softwe murdered in davis 26 years ago by this man, Timothy Wilson of San Francisco. When he first murdered john, he had what i call dead eyes in the courtroom during the trial. Reporter in court wilson claimed he made sexual skranss toward him. Wilson said that triggered his violent response because he had been sexually abused by a child. But he was convicted by a jury.
