Structural engineers are responsible for ensuring that buildings do not fall over. Mechanical engineers must ensure that people inside can breathe. But what responsibility do building designers have to the street outside?

I was previously trying to do something similar - i.e. include some video files in the courses / questions. Considering that I had limited server space and bandwidth, uploading and serving videos from the Moodle server was not a ideal solution.
Option 1 : Upload the videos as unlisted on Youtube and embed them into the questions / courses using the embed code, which uses an . While this solution was fine from usability perspective, the downside was that the video links could be easily shared by users and viewed outside of Moodle.
Option 2 : I subscribed to a paid version of Vimeo; which allows for videos to be restricted to specific domains. I.e. The videos would play only on our domain and not work if shared / embedded elsewhere.
