With parts of the state getting close to a foot of snow and flash flooding in houston. First responders there on the move, saving trapped victims from rising waters. That system stretching more than 1200 miles from texas to the carolinas, expected to drop more than a foot of snow in some spots. Up to half a million customers could lose power.
