India and Sri Lanka join hands for air travel bubble

India has now entered into an air bubble arrangement with Sri Lanka. This means, one more overseas destination has been added to the destinations where Indians can travel to.
The Aviation Ministry tweeted referring to this and stated, India has finalised an air bubble agreement with Sri Lanka, making it the sixth such arrangement in SAARC region and 28th in total. All eligible passengers will be able to travel between the two countries in the near future.”
As of now, India has arrangements with around 27 countries, including the United States, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh, France, Canada, Iraq, Germany, Kenya, Japan, Nepal, the Netherlands, Oman, Nigeria, Qatar, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.
Gujarat: RT-PCR negative test mandatory for anyone travelling to the state

Visitors to Gujarat will now have to produce their RT-PCR negative report on arrival. Reportedly, airlines have been directed to check for passengers’ reports at boarding points before they travel to Gujarat.
Reportedly, it has been recorded that a number of passengers who visited the state over the past two days were made to provide their samples for testing before leaving the airport premises, as they arrived without a negative RT-PCR report.
The state government has now made it mandatory for everyone travelling to Gujarat to show an RT-PCR negative report, which they have undergone within 72 hours of their travel.

sakura usually reaches its blooming stage in mid-April. However, this year, the flowers bloomed much earlier, thereby making history. Reason behind this phenomenon is cited to be climate change. Reportedly, the peak bloom was witnessed on March 26 in Kyoto. As per experts, the leaves of these trees secrete a hormone that stops the flowers from blooming. The secretion of this hormone stops when the weather becomes warm, after which the flowers fully bloom. This year, due to high temperature and climate change, the flowers bloomed earlier as the hormone stopped secreting.
J&K to introduce new trekking routes in prominent wildlife regions
