He graduated with a bachelors degree from the university of oklahoma and a ph. D. From georgetown university. Gary served as Research Assistant to a political scientist, political economist, and author, and teaching assistant to former u. S. Secretary of state madeleine albright, who is here for a private dinner earlier this year, just to drop a name or two to impress you. Gary joined the William Jewel College Faculty in 1992 and now serves as chairman of the department of Political Science and director of the International Relations major.
