(WXYZ) â For a lot of people, the new year signifies a time to get your health and fitness back on track, but with the COVID-19 pandemic, many people got into new routines at home. Gyms have been hurting, and they re trying to win you back.
Folks are punching their way into the new year at Heavy Hitters Cardio Kickboxing in Grosse Pointe Woods. Kathy Connell Brennan is one of them. Some classes youâll box for, you know, 20 minutes, a half-hour. And then youâll do weights and lunges and that sort of stuff for the rest of the time, Brennan said.
