We have to get everybody talking about it. At my church, because the Planning Department did not get a piece of paper from page and turnbull in a timely manner, they red tagged my building. It becomes a lien, which means i have to do a construction draw, in general you cannot do. Luckily we had a great relationships with all of our lenders. Maria, who runs the tax credit buying for u.
