It is such a big job many lots are being covered with tarps and barriers that will keep toxic ashes from watching out of the lots and into drains the months of winter storms ahead. Rebuilding is another matter. It is going to be 3 to 5 years. Reporter keith woods of the north Coast Builders exchange will take a decade. Shootings in one morning and one of them claimed the live of a 16yearold student you see here, and they are questioning persons of interest and his killer is still on the loose. His family gathered on their porch, too emotional to speak about his murder. I feel for his family and i feel for my friend, and we are going to the house now, because we cant get over it and that was her best friend. The 16yearold known as a nice kid who played on the football team. He was a good boy. Very nice. Police say there was an argument and the 10th grader ended upshot. It was the first of separate four shootings in the course of five hours. Today happens to be gun violence awareness day, and Delaware County set up the memorial with names of the victims and tonights event went on with Great Sadness because they will have to add another tshirt with the name of another victim.
