HUNTING VALLEY â Tim Pickana, the treasurer for the Solon City School District, recently took an additional part-time position in Hunting Valley as the assistant finance director. Mr. Pickana said that there is no conflict of interest with this job and his current position in Solon where he plans to continue working in the same capacity.
In September, Jennifer Pae was sworn in as the new assistant finance director to replace Bernice Schreiber, who took a part-time position as the treasurer for Woodmere Village. According to Police Chief Michael Cannon, who serves as the Hunting Valley village administrator, Ms. Pae took a job offer in Seward, Alaska. Her resignation is effective on March 1.
