While Police Caught the alleged shooter shortly after 9 00 oclock this morning the investigation is far from over. Warrant here at a home owned by the suspects mother. One neighbor says this is where the suspect and his family lived as well. At the morning news conference, officers called it a terrible day with no easy explanations. What we can tell looking at the scene is it appears neither officer had an opportunity to interact with the suspects it doesnt look like there was an exchange of conversation there definitely
