The combination of extreme drought and hot weather has turned much of our state into a tinderbox and he plans to help firefighters as much as he can. The biggest fire thats been happening is the rocky fire. Debora villalon back on the fire line, you learned the fire is still spreading and causing more people to evacuate from home. Were on the east side of clear lake. Were watching this ridge about 5 miles away. The rocky fire, flames still growing and occasionally leaping up. People here are being warned they should be prepared today leave if necessary. The big picture is so big it becomes hard to grasp. More than 18,000 acres and still burning.
