Doris Day: Her Own Story.
According to published reports, no timeline has been revealed and no network is currently attached to the series, which will be produced by Cuoco s Yes, Norman Productions, Berlanti Productions, and Warner Bros. Television. Consulting producers are Jim Pierson, an associate of Day s, and Tim Hotchner, son of Day s biographer. Additional information is still unavailable.
Day died at 97 in 2019, after an illustrious career during the Golden Age of entertainment. She was known for her work in films like

According to Variety, a limited series about famed Hollywood icon, Doris Day, is officially in the works and the series has already found its Doris in none other than Kayley Cuoco.
The limited series is set to take its cues from author A.E. Hotchner’s 1976 book,
Doris Day: Her Own Story. While it’s classified as a biography, Hotchner’s books is based on a series of interviews conducted with the actress, and so is considered to be her autobiography.

Kaley Cuoco will play acting legend and animal rights activist Doris Day in a limited series that is in development at Warner Bros. TV.
The series will be based on A.E. Hotchner’s 1976 biography “Doris Day: Her Own Story,” which is based on numerous interviews with Day herself. There is no network currently attached to the project.
Warner Bros. TV is working with the Doris Day Estate on the project.
