Also known as defined outcome or structured outcome ETFs, these funds experienced a real-world test in the first quarter of 2020, when the coronavirus pandemic slammed markets and shuttered the global economy. Financial advisors who used these ETFs at the time say they worked exactly as the advisors expected, allowing them to re-assure skittish clients during the worst of the market rout. Emergency response teams use drones to find missing Rutherford Co. woman WTVF and last updated 2021-01-11 16:24:53-05 MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WTVF) â Rutherford County emergency agencies used drones to find a woman lost in a wooded area of the county. Deputies were called to a home off of U.S. Highway 41 for a reported distraught woman who ran into [the] wooded area in freezing temperatures. Due to the weather, detectives launched two drones to search for her. Assistant Director Tim Hooker of the Rutherford County Emergency Management Agency said Rutherford County Fire Rescue also launched a drone to search. They found her in a heavily wooded area about 1,900 feet from the launch site.
