The Town of Star Valley has dismissed its lawsuit against Bill Armstrong without prejudice to preserve the right to refile, according to Tim Grier, town attorney.
The Town of Star Valley has operated for most of its existence – incorporating in 2005 – with a close eye on its finances. That resulted in favorable audit results
