Schools will stick with quarantine procedures despite CDC change

Schools will stick with quarantine procedures despite CDC change Moorman Scott Roberson | Daily Journal With less than two weeks to go before the end of the semester, Johnson County schools don’t plan to make any changes to quarantine requirements despite changes to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidance, but it may look different come January.  The CDC changed its quarantine recommendations earlier this month, which was reflected in a Dec. 3 news release from the Indiana State Department of Health. Updated recommendations say if an exposed person is asymptomatic, they can end quarantine after 10 days.
