SPRINGFIELD, Ore. A former internal affairs investigator for the Springfield Police Department is speaking out about the department s long history of resisting change.
Scott Mckee was hired by the Springfield Police Department in 2015 to work as an internal investigator, looking into misconduct. He previously worked at the Eugene Police Department doing the same work. Mckee said former Chief Tom Doney brought him in to help change the department s historical dysfunction.
