CURVE, PA – Trailing by three runs in the bottom of the eighth, Altoona designated hitter Brendt Citta came to the plate with two runners on and drove the first pitch he saw deep to center field. The shot could have left the yard, giving the Brookies a late lead, but Senators center fielder Cole Freeman made an outstanding leaping catch against the wall to end the inning. The catch fueled a Harrisburg win, 4-2, at Peoples Natural Gas Field on Saturday night.

Richmond left a season-high 11 runners on base and went 2-for-10 with runners in scoring position in a 6-3 loss to Harrisburg Saturday night.
The Flying Squirrels attacked first in the second inning when Kyle Mottice knocked his third double of the season to score Frankie Tostado, putting Richmond ahead, 1-0.
Harrisburg claimed a 2-1 lead in the second off a two-run home run from KJ Harrison with Richmond’s starter Tristan Beck (Loss, 1-2) on the mound.
The Richmond Flying Squirrels fell to the Harrisburg Senators, 4-3, on Friday night at FNB Field, snapping their franchise-record eight-game win streak.
