MAFS 2021 is finally here and Australia was more than ready for all the lip fillers, cheating scandals and the experts having the worst takes ever. Another bonus is Twitter, because that’s where all the people with a personality go to vent about the show.

There’s an authoritative tone to Aaron Snowell’s growl as strives to convince me of his qualifications to handle the meticulous training responsibilities of a peak Mike Tyson. His defensive riposte seems somewhat rehearsed, perhaps because it’s a rebuttal he’s forced out many times before, maybe even to himself, since February 11, 1990 and a morning in Japan that changed so many lives forever.
Following his death, a GoFundMe was set up by Tim to pay for the funeral.
But donations have flooded in from the Fratton faithful, and now the total is just shy of £15,000.
Tim said: ‘Among us lads we always chipped in when someone was struggling, so a GoFundMe felt like the right thing to do.
‘It’s a huge surprise, but proves just how well-liked Paul was. Even Eric Eisner, the chairman’s son, has put in £500.
‘Whatever is left after the funeral is paid for will just go straight to Paul’s family, they deserve it.
‘Paul was a pillar of our community and a proud upholder of our military heritage – but above all he was a good friend.’
