St. Johnsville - Mr. Richard C. “Dick” Lasher, 87, of Tillboro Road, St. Johnsville, NY died on May 1, 2023, in New Port Richey, FL. He was born in Nelliston, NY on February 2, 1936, the only child and son of Carlton and Susan Jakub Lasher of Nelliston. Dick attended local schools in Fort Plain, a
