The three judge panel decided not to overturn a Lower Court Ruling that put the travel ban on hold. They said the courts are not powerless to review the political branchs actions with respect to national security. The ruling also pointed out the government has pointed to no evidence that any alien from any of the countries named in the order has perpetrated a terror attack in the united states.
