DETROIT For as bad as the Detroit Tigers have been and they’ve been really, really bad they have a chance to climb out of the cellar as soon as this weekend.
If the Tigers (9-23) sweep the Minnesota Twins (11-19) in three games at Comerica Park beginning this evening, they’ll have a better winning percentage than the team that was widely picked to win the American League Central.
