Tiger King: Warrant Out for Jeff Lowe s Arrest After Skipping Court Date

Tiger King star Jeff Lowe has a warrant out for his arrest after missing court. According to TMZ, the reality TV star has some unfinished business in Las Vegas Municipal Court. The courthouse has 4 bench warrants out for Lowe’s arrest. During a 2017 case, he was charged with three counts of not having a proper license or permit for a wild animal. There’s another count of doing business without the necessary licenses. The
Tiger King personality would later be convicted of illegally using animals to make money in the larger Las Vegas area. At the time, his plea deal included a promise to avoid criminal activity to avoid jail time. But, now that his other legal troubles have bubbled up, Vegas wants to have a word with him.
According to police officers, the former operator of the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park and Lauren Lowe are found to have a strong odor of alcoholic beverages on their breaths when they re pulled over in Oklahoma City.

PITTSBORO, N.C. (AP) A North Carolina big cat sanctuary will temporarily care for four animals seized from the private zoo in Oklahoma featured in Netflix’s “Tiger King.”
Carolina Tiger Rescue said in a statement Tuesday that it worked with the U.S. Department of Justice and other accredited animal sanctuaries to rescue 68 big cats from Tiger King Park. The tigers will stay at the Pittsboro sanctuary until the DOJ finds them permanent homes.
“We are glad to see the Department of Justice working hard to better the lives of big cats in captivity, beginning with Tiger King Park,” Pam Fulk, executive director of Carolina Tiger Rescue, said in the statement. “We thank everyone who was involved in this operation.”

The federal authorities have confiscated 69 big cats from an Oklahoma animal park run by Jeffrey Lowe, the man who took control of an exotic-animal complex at the center of the popular Netflix documentary âTiger King,â the Justice Department announced on Thursday.
