We have an accident coming into san rafael in the north bay. Southbound 101 at lincoln, up to two lanes are blocked. A spinout you can see that right now theres minimal delay but i know tow crews are heading to the scene and farther not in petaluma, southbound 101 at kastania road, this accident was just cleared to the righthand shoulder about your we are seeing brake lights southbound. Then clear past the kastania road exit. Metering lights are on now over at the bay bridge toll plaza. We have rain on the camera lens. They have been going through the metering lights very slowly this morning. So the backups are pretty extensive on 580. That 580 approach is very slow. Once you get on the bridge though they are clamping down on the metering lights so hard they are limiting the amount of traffic on the bridge itself so it actually looks clear from the incline to Treasure Island.
