Just outside the city limits of northeast Moscow, a large residential subdivision consisting of 275-single family homes on 82 acres of farmland along Arborcrest Road and Trail Road has been proposed by Mark Wintz, owner of Wintz Company LLC. The development is pending city approval, but is targeting late summer for construction to begin.
