STEPHEN Bear has been pictured breaking quarantine again as he bought petrol without a mask - after claiming rules don t apply to him.
The 31-year-old star arrived back to the UK from Dubai on Friday, with current UK laws stating that those returning from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) must isolate for ten days.
