Barbecue Showdown has been renewed for Season 3 at Netflix, with a confirmed release in July 2024. A casting call has been issued for more contestants for future seasons.
INDEPENDENCE – Several people were honored for their promotion of pork at the annual Buchanan County Pork Producers banquet held March 23 at the Heartland Acres Event Center.
Attendees can enjoy guest speakers, food demonstrations, live music, and over 50 vendors offering food and beverage samples and products. Proceeds benefit Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area.
