Saturday after the president tweeted a barrage of complaints about san juan mayor cruz, cruz reminded viewers that some puerto rico residents, are american citizens, have resorted to drinking from a creek while they wait for clean water. As of now at least 18 people have died in puerto rico as a result of the hurricane, that may still rise because of all the Power Outages at hospitals and more. And this morning, mr.
