A special dedication service has taken place in St Anne’s Cathedral in Belfast as seven memorial quilts go on display in memory of victims and survivors of The Troubles.
A new memorial quilt honouring over 70 civilians and members of the security forces who died during the Troubles and in recent years will be unveiled in Belfast this Sunday.
A 'DAY of Reflection' has taken place in Belfast to acknowledge “the deep hurt and pain” caused by The Troubles Belfast City Hall was illuminated in yellow to mark the event, which was being held on the longest day of the year.
