Thayer, MO. - This morning, the Oregon County Sheriff's Department responded to information given to them by the McPherson County Sheriff's Office in South Dakota. The information stated that a wanted individual was residing within the area. An officer from the Thayer Police Department and a Deputy with the Oregon County Sheriff's Office went to 932 Maple Street in Thayer to apprehend the subject. The subject was found in the residence and was taken into custody without incident. The subjects name is Henry Terrell Berryhill, age 43, and was wanted for charges of Rape - 2nd Degree - Through Force, Coercion Or Threats (Class 1 Felony), Sexual Contact With Child (Class 3 Felony), Sexual Contact With Child (Class 3 Felony) & an absconder warrant for Grand Theft (Class 4 Felony).
