Wrestling her car away from her. From there munoz took off and led troopers on a highspeed chase with speeds in excess of 100 miles an hour. The dash cam video that you see is from inside trooper David Dudleys patrol car. He is a 17year veteran of the nevada highway patrol. He followed munoz to a car dealership and thats where dudley says he was forced to open fire fearing for his safety and also the others around that busy dealership. Well show y led to that officerinvolved shooting. But a warning, the video may be before he opens fire saying i am going to shoot you. After the incident you can hear him screaming for the suspect to take his hands out of the vehicle. Trooper dudley remains on paid administrative leave as a result of this investigation.
