Three Boonville men suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash in Cooper County on Wednesday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as 21-year-old Michael Flint overcorrected his eastbound Chevrolet Silverado, which had exited the right side of the roadway. The truck then exited the left side of the roadway and struck an embankment and several trees.
Flint, who was not wearing a seat belt, and a passenger- 21-year-old Dakota Bishop- were transported by Cooper County EMS; and another passenger- 25-year-old Dakota Wells, who was not wearing a seat belt- was flown by MU Air Ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment.
