Beastwars Announce Supports For 10th Anniversary Tour Chris Cudby / Photo credit: David James / Friday 16th April, 2021 11:09AM    Pōneke metal titans Beastwars have announced regional supports for their forthcoming nationwide tour, celebrating the 10th anniversary of their paradigm shifting 2011 self-titled debut album. Playing with heavy psych duo Earth Tongue for all dates of the tour, Beastwars will be joined on their riff-fuelled odyssey across Aotearoa by Threat.Meet.Protocol, Deranger, wrapping up at their hometown s Hunter Lounge with (appropriately enough) End Boss. Long out of print and now changing hands amongst collectors for absurd sums, Beastwars debut album is at last being reissued on vinyl for the first time in seven years in freshly remastered form. Don t even think of missing Beastwars playing their entire classic record from start to finish, plus a whole heap of more songs from their mighty back catalogue at the following dates.

No Future Festival 2021 - The Historic Village, Tauranga

Gig Information This summer from Your Enabler Presents comes a must see event for ALL AGES - The No Future Festival! Marty Mcfly is your typical Tauranga teenager, obsessed with girls, fast cars and music. But after his eccentric scientist friend and mentor Dr Emmett Brown sends him to the Tauranga Historic Village Rock and Mineral shop to get some Plutonium for his Delorean young Marty thinks he has gone back in time. A strange time when people would socialise with other people in real situations and not over a gaming headset. Where music was made and played on things called ‘instruments’ that required no computer involvement and performed in historic buildings once known as venues.
