Dr. Thomas Sheeran, a longtime member of the faculty in the College of Education at Niagara University, was elected to the position of president-elect of the New York State Magistrate s Association at its annual meeting in November. This position is a prelude to moving to the position of the association s presidency in the fall of 2024.
