Before joining Yale Law School professor amar clerked on the First Circuit for judge steven then judge stephen breyer, he is also a recipient of the devane medical, yales highest award for teaching excellence and is the author of several books including the law of the land, a grand tour of our constitutional republic. And i think akhil was voted the most popular professor at yale at least he is my most popular professor and you are all here, i think, if you all are here because you know him, he is your most popular professor.
