Eyewitness News Reporter cleve bryan live in upper darby tonight with the latest on the search and also reaction from horrified eye witnesses. Cleve. Reporter natasha, the authorities here in upper darby say the pursuit began outside of their jurisdiction and that the dirt bike driver came flying down 69th street here on this hill and then smashed into the grandmother and granddaughter at the next crosswalk. Now, we talked to many eye witnesses here who described the girls condition in particular as being heart wrenching. She was the one who got hit cause the tire marks was all on her side. Reporter First Responders worked quickly saturday afternoon. I seen it coming. I seen it coming cause of the way he was flying. Reporter shenay says they entered the crosswalk unaware of the Police Pursuit coming down the hill. They were inside of our store shopping and come out and getting ready to cross the street and thats when it happened. But he hit both of them they went flying up in the air.

The operator of this Motor Vehicle gets off it with a knife, pulls a knife out and carjacks a vehicle. Reporter that stolen vehicle was and abandoned a few blocks a wane the driver managed to flee again. A lot of people are coming forward to say what they saw so hopefully we get the perpetrator.
