MORGAN Vermont State Police have arrested Thomas Mullins, 53, of Morgan, on suspicion of violating Vermont's sex offender registry and for having a warrant for his arrest from the state of Florida. Troopers say today they located and arrested Mullins after a motor vehicle stop on VT-111 in Morgan. Mullins was under investigation for

The couple s 11-month-old daughter likely was kicked or punched in the abdomen about a half-hour after a feeding and immediately died, according to court records.
