He maintained that he stalked her as she was moving out of the apartment, the temporary apartment in northeast d. C. He stabbed her spleen and spine and slashed her throat. She was found stabbed in her temporary northeast department. 34yearold corrina meheil, a North Carolina resident came to d. C. To work on the project. The vicious murder raised questions.
