A 115.7-acre Aspen, Colorado, property owned by the late businessman and developer Edgar B. Stern Jr. has hit the market for $46 million, according to the new listing.
The sprawling mountain property is located within the Starwood subdivision, a gated, exclusive residential community that Stern founded on roughly 1,000 acres outside of Aspen. Stern, the former chairman of Royal Street Corp., died in 2008 in Seattle at the age of 86.
