A former longtime Worcester Public Schools educator is now facing possession of child sex abuse image charges after authorities say he admitted to using the dark web to find the illicit material.
Thomas Gagnon, 70, of Uxbridge was arraigned Friday in Uxbridge District court on three counts of possession of child sex abuse images and one count of disseminating a photograph depicting sexual or intimate parts of a child, court records show.
