You have to marginalize and minimize the role of the mayor what im striving for here is to work in partnership. The mayor was against the takeover but promises cooperation, its necessary to rethink how we are doing business in Atlantic City because the assessed values have decreased to drastically that no city in the United States ever faced. But the council has a problem with the manager usurping the citys power. They can direct the action of the city without sitting down with the city fathers. The Emergency Managers want to work with the city council and some think that outsiders is not a bad idea. We need help right now, its a great idea.
