A big drug bust in Saratoga County leads to the arrest of a 30 year old Saratoga Springs Man. The county sheriff s office says Thomas Dingmon was arrested on July 12th - he was found with 250 bags of heroin and significant amounts of cocaine, crack cocaine, meth and a stun gun. He s facing at least six felony counts and is being held in Saratoga County jail without bail.
