Been about thats not what california is about. If you know anything about california, ive studied the state 50 years or more, you realize it is so topsyturvy its like a roller coaster gone bad. It can be a booming state economically one year 30 billion the next, a state that embraces immigrants and that has done everything it can to make immigrants feel uncomfortable. It can be a state where there is nothing but flowing water and enabling everybody to grow and it can be estate in their fightr six years later where theres nothing to drink. There are so many extremes and just when we think we are at the top of things it falls down, so thats why it is the rise and fall. It comes and goes. But at the end of the day i think it is the most exciting place to be. The rise has been up and down. California had an incredible boom in the gold rush. Thats what started it. All these people came to california and basically store the state. They will put it more gently but thats what happens into the
