France’s Fost Studio is to open a new office in Angoulême, one of the country’s main animation hubs. The new studio is scheduled to open by December 1, and is set to create up to 70 jobs.
Based in Paris, Fost specializes in service work for 2d animation and pre-production for cgi. Its credits include the
Ernest and Celestine series, Cartoon Saloon’s
Wolfwalkers, another upcoming feature from the Irish studio, and the upcoming Jiro Taniguchi adaptation
