Concerned residents gathered at the Steubenville Marina Saturday to remember those near to them who’ve been lost to addiction as well as those still battling it. The ceremony was organized by sisters Theresa Haynes and Cathy Rogers to raise awareness after Haynes’ son, Philip, died from an overdose in December. Those attending the event released purple balloons of remembrance.
